💰 Refund Policy
Once an eSIM has been activated (i.e. data has been used), we are unable to offer a refund as the plan has been consumed.
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order email and we will process it promptly.
📶 eSIM Terms of Use
Compatibility: eSIMs are only compatible with unlocked, eSIM-capable devices. It is your responsibility to check your device is compatible before purchasing. We cannot refund purchases made on incompatible devices.
Single use: Each eSIM QR code can only be scanned and installed once. Once installed, the QR code cannot be reused. Your eSIM details (SM-DP+ address and activation code) remain accessible in your FootySIMs account for manual re-installation if needed.
Data validity: Your data plan starts when you first use data in the destination country — not when you install the eSIM. Unused data at the end of the validity period is not refundable or transferable.
Network coverage: Coverage depends on local network availability. FootySIMs is not liable for network outages or poor signal in remote areas.
💳 Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. FootySIMs does not store your card details.
All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£). Your bank may apply foreign exchange fees if your account is in a different currency.
A receipt will be sent to your email address by Stripe upon successful payment.
👤 Your Account
You must create an account to purchase an eSIM. Your account stores your purchase history so you can always retrieve your QR codes and eSIM details.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. FootySIMs is not liable for unauthorised access to your account.
We may suspend accounts found to be abusing the refund policy or involved in fraudulent activity.
⚖️ Liability
FootySIMs acts as a reseller of eSIM data plans. The underlying network service is provided by our eSIM infrastructure partner.
FootySIMs is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from inability to connect, including but not limited to missed events, travel disruption, or roaming charges on other SIMs.
Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of your purchase.
